This product innovatively combines the dual drive modes of external hexagonal and "one-line" slotting, and has both self-tapping locking and nut connection functions. The outer teeth adopt high-precision self-tapping threads, which can be directly locked in without pre-tapping; the inner teeth are designed to facilitate subsequent stacking installation. The newly added slotted head design can be operated with a screwdriver when no wrench tool is available, adapting to assembly in small spaces.

 

The threads of the product are pre-coated with an anti-loosening rubber layer, which has excellent shock-resistant sealing effect. Product design and features

Dual-mode drive head design:

Innovatively, on the basis of the standard external hexagonal head, a straight or cross slot is added. This design gives great flexibility in installation: you can use a wrench or socket for high-torque fast locking, and when space is limited and a wrench tool cannot be used, you can directly use a screwdriver to operate, which greatly improves the convenience of assembly.

 

Composite thread structure:

External thread (self-tapping thread): It adopts special thread shapes such as triangular thread or high and low thread, and has excellent self-drilling and self-tapping performance. It can directly form internal threads on plastic, thin plates or metal bottom holes, eliminating the need for pre-tapping processes.

Internal thread (nut function): There is a precision internal thread in the center of the screw head, which is equivalent to integrating a nut on the top of the screw. This "stud + nut" integrated design perfectly solves the problem of subsequent equipment stacking or vertical locking of components.

 

Pre-coated anti-loosening technology:

The threads are pre-coated with high-performance nylon coating. When locked, they are compressed to generate strong friction, achieving permanent anti-loosening and shock resistance. There is no need to apply glue on site, making it clean and efficient.
